Responsibilities & Duties
- Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.
- Designing product specifications.
- Report update to Inventory team & Upper Management.
- Ensure about packaging & quality processing.
- Reduce rejections.
- Manage waste.
- Quality wise storage.
- On boarding and training for new team members.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to details.
- Excellent verbal & written communication in Hindi.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Must have knowledge of product’s quality & size.
- Highly Conscientious and diligent.
